This weekend, my friends visited me in Bergen. It was their first time to be here so I was really happy to show them what Bergen has to offer. When they arrived here it was already getting dark and it was also raining a lot. So we showed them some of the malls in the city center and after that we went to TGIF for dinner. Then we went to their hotel room to have a couple of drinks before going to the night club.
The following day, the weather improved. Less rain and the sun was out. So we head to Fløyen (We took the Fløibanen), one of the seven mountains in Bergen.
This is my take on the Daily Post photo challenge, ornate. This is inside the majestic La Sagrada Familia church which was designed by a Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi. I can say that Gaudi did a very good job. I went here in 2012. I remember waiting to get inside for an hour in the scorching heat of the sun, but I didn’t mind. The wait’s worth it. The place is rich in history and culture. I couldn’t ask for more.
I just want to share some pictures of the desserts from a children’s birthday party that I attended three weeks ago. These are only the three of seven desserts. I didn’t have the chance to taste all because I had to leave early.
This is Jesse my friend’s 4 month old kitten. I took this shot while I was waiting for my friend to finish her makeup. I think the cat finds her owner fascinating with the makeup on. Or maybe not? What do you think?
