I’m a big fan of cars since I was small. I remember asking my dad about car models and how cars work. I would even save a portion of my school allowance just to buy the latest Top Gear magazine. I’m fascinated by them even though I don’t own one.
Last month I was in Sauda not just to visit my parents but to see the veteran car show as well. Here are the shots from the show.
Datsun (A japanese racing car)
Hmm… I forgot the name of this car. Can anyone tell me the name and model?
Vokswagen (Scooby Doo car!)
All of the cars are still in good condition. Kudos to all the owners! So yes, things last if you take care of it. Proper maintenance (and TLC) is the key for a car’s long life.
A great place for nature lovers and hikers. This place is located in Sauda kommune, north for Stavanger. You can travel to Sauda by the boat or by car and from Sauda center you can walk/hike to Nordstøldalen. The hike takes about an hour. Photo taken this June 2014.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas celebration this year. If you’re going to ask me, yes, I had a wonderful Christmas because I celebrated it not only with my family but also with my bf. I didn’t insist or ask him to be with me on this special occassion but HE insisted, how can I say no to that?
Anyway, we went home to my parents last Wednesday with our bags full of raw meat and gifts. So I felt like Santa. Hehe.. 😀 I was glad to see my family again and our pets Pushie and Totoro.
The next day, bf and I decided to take a short walk from the house, to the hotel, grocery shop and back to the house again. The weather was not that good but we’re glad that the snow didn’t melt yet ( ‘coz we’re hoping for a white Christmas).
