Wow. I have been living in Bergen for nine months now. Who would have thought that I am going to survive here? Did I become so Bergensk now that I become used to the rain?

At first, I was really optimistic about the weather even though I know that it rains a lot here in Bergen. Then I was surprised to have witnessed and experienced the amount and the duration of rain. So the saying “When it rains, it pours.” is applicable here because it can rain up to 14 days continuously. Stavanger is nothing compared to Bergen when it comes to the amount of rain.

I once asked a colleague at work about how she feels about summer in Bergen this year. She said that she misses the sun but the rain is pretty normal this time of the year. Haha! Typical Bergensk! They do not complain about the rain!

I admit that I get depressed sometimes with this gloomy weather. Who does not? But there are things that I do to keep my sanity like workout indoors, play video games, hang out with friends, hike and take photos. Speaking of photos, here are the shots that I took in Sandviken last week. It was raining here I swear!
