What’s the best way to acquire your daily dose of fruits (and vegetables)? Oh yes, through shakes, juices and smoothies! It’s not only time saving but you can get all the vitamins that you need. Besides, shakes, juices and smoothies are a better alternative to sodas these hot summer days.
Today has been also very hot and we find it demotivating to do anything. I tried drinking lots of Cold water but my it didn’t do much of a help. For sure because it keeps flushing out the ions in my body. I drank a glass of cola but that’s it because I don’t want to rely on it and besides it has lots of sugar which is bad for the body. Luckily, I still have a couple of avocados left from yesterday, so I made avocado smoothie with banana and oat milk. I also found a can of condensed milk so I used a very small amount of it to give my smoothie some sweetness in it. I didn’t follow any recipe online, just what my tastebud craves.
Here you go! 🙂
Yields approximately 0,5 liters/ 2 glasses of smoothie.
2 small avocados
1/2 medium banana
2 tbsp condensed milk
1-2 cups of oat milk
2 sachets of raspberry powder (I don’t know the name. Was given to me by my sister who has been to Japan.)
