First of all, I’m not a makeup artist, nor someone who is good in makeup. When it comes to choosing the right makeup for me, I either google or ask my friends who has the knowledge and the skills. Sometimes I do ask the sales representatives. If I’m lucky, then they will recommend me products that won’t irritate my skin nor make my skin look different and far from my original skin color.

I’ve tried a lot of makeup brands in my entire life. From the high end type and to drugstore ones. I have no problem with mascaras, eyeliners and eyeshadows because those have very limited or no contact  at all with my cheeks, forehead and chin (which are the most complicated areas of my face!). My skin type is oily to combination (plus sensitive). The issue with using makeup foundations, BB creams and primers is that they either dry my skin or make it more oily, thus, making my skin prone to breakouts.

Thanks to my friend who is a Professional makeup artist in the Philippines. She introduced me to Kiko Milano. An Italian makeup brand. I asked her if it’s good for my skin type because I was amazed how her skin glows when she used the primer and the 2-in-1 Foundation of Kiko Milano.

I ordered the Radiant Boost primer and the Full Coverage 2-in-1 Foundation and Concealer. Nevertheless the shipping time, I’m impressed by these two products. Not only that they’re easy to apply but don’t need a lot for your face. Meaning, it’s more for your money. I love how these two smooth out my skin and covered most of the dark spots on my face and I was surprised by its light feeling on my skin. After 8 hours of these on me, my skin still looked fresh and breakout free.
