A couple of weeks ago, I won a raffle from Fjordline and received a free round-trip cruise between Bergen and Hirtshals. Although I’ve taken this cruise before, I decided to go again. Besides, my little one had never been on a cruise, so I thought it would be nice for her to experience it. The trip itself was free, but we had to pay for the cabin—just 550 kroner for a four-person cabin (8 sqm) with a sea view.
Since we were staying on the cruise ship for the entire trip, I upgraded our cabin to a larger one. I paid an extra 800 kroner for a 11.3 sqm cabin with a double bed and an additional bunk bed—perfect for the three of us! What I liked most was that the upgrade included a minibar fridge.
The trip was super relaxing, and we totally lucked out with calm seas the whole way. I’d give the experience a solid 7 out of 10. Honestly, for my little one’s sake, I just wish Fjordline had more fun stuff and a bigger playground to keep the kids entertained!
