So, I just signed up for a relay race and today I’ve already started planning on how am I going to train for the race. It’s a 6 kilometer run and damn I already get bored after half a kilometer! My plan is to first run 2 km straight without breaks and increase the distance the next training sessions. My number one challenge here is not the stamina but I easily get bored. My goal for joining is to challenge myself and to be a better person not for others but for me. I do this for self love.
