What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
Strength training especially weight lifting is what I do at least twice a week. For me, there’s thrill and excitement in this kind of exercise because it tests not only your physical capability but also your mind power.
Then there are times when every thing is smooth and I can do a deadlift without being nervous-that’s during my good days. However, there can also be bad days when the weights seem to be really heavy.


When it comes to the physical part, I love weight lifting because it helps build muscles which is very important for the health. As we grow older, we lose muscle mass so it’s important to at least maintain it.
