When Aurora Drops by

Last night, I was lucky enough to see the northern lights just outside the house. We were in the middle of the wine and cheese night when I saw the Facebook story of my friend with a picture of aurora borealis at her place. So I went outside to check the skies then I saw a weak dancing blue green lights. At first I tried to take a shot using my mobile phone, but didn’t able to capture it so I went in to get my camera.

I didn’t use a tripod here eventhough I should have used one, but I was thinking that I don’t want to miss the show and who knows how long it gonna be there!

It is not often we see the northern lights here at our place. So I was like a small child seeing a unicorn last night! 😀 How about you? Have you seen something magical in your life?
